Founders
Judi Jo Adams
The Inspired Woman, a movement to empower women, was established in 2008 by Judi Jo. With a passion to help people uncover & experience the beauty of God’s plan, she has a wonder-full life. She has spent over 25 years in the ministry with her husband, Russ, joined by their two boys, Wesley & Evan, & of course their dog Boomer too.
Along with her love for TIW, Judi Jo is the co-pastor at Church at Glass Chapel, Broken Arrow, OK. Backing it all up to where it began, she & her husband have traveled to over 40 countries with a mandate to “Train leaders & impact nations.” Her love for world missions has always been an underlying theme of life. As founders of XploreNations Bible Colleges, they currently have over 40 campuses worldwide, including their local base at home in Oklahoma.
To add icing on the cake, in 2015, she became the owner of a historical event venue in the Tulsa area, Glass Chapel, where they also base their church. From this vantage point, she balances being a wife, mother, minister, pastor, & business owner. Judi Jo is a total foodie, adores coffee with the girls, & everything about design.

Mariah White
Mariah has a passion for people and all things fun! Her contagious laugh fills the room and can be heard from miles away. She enjoys helping people flourish and calling women to community.
She is director of TIW, on pastoral staff at Church At Glass Chapel, and is a skilled labor and delivery nurse. Mariah has a heart for world missions and humanitarian outreaches. In her spare time she enjoys playing with her dogs and can always be found hanging out with a friend.
Mariah and Judi Jo have known each other for 20 years, one of their greatest joys is coming together and empowering women to thrive!
